We thank the RCL Ladies Auxiliary for the donation in memory of Peggy Mowat. Peggy Mowat was a member of the RCL Ladies Auxiliary, Stouffville, ON. She was a Veteran from the Second World War. She passed away just 3 months shy of her 100th birthday last year. Obituary available here
