Helmets to Hardhats is looking for employers who offer the best jobs in Canada's building industry for those who have served. Once approved, you can post or look through our database of job seekers. As a recognized Helmets to Hardhats employer, you have immediate access to advertise opportunities online in a secure online database. You can post yourself, or our staff can assist you. A Helmets to Hardhats employer can search through the resumes of individual applicants.

You must be a recognized owner/employer, contractor, or building trade union to register with Helmets to Hardhats Canada. Choose from the three choices from the drop list.
Create an H2H profile by filling out the required contact, recruiter and trade info. Trade Union members will automatically receive a confirmation and approval email. Contractors and Employers will be contacted and verified by H2H staff.
Once approved, you can begin posting any jobs, training or courses offered to registered users. You will need the title, location, description and expiry date of the opportunity. This can be a job, training course or apprenticeship. Once completed, you can upload to our secure job board.
